The images to the left represent a test of Autodesk's WHIP! 3.0 plug-in driver for Netscape Navigator and Microsoft Internet Explorer.
To view and
explore the files listed to the left, you will need to visit
Autodesk's Web site @ http://www.autodesk
.com/products/whip and download their latest WHIP! driver. This
driver is free and is about 3Mb in size. Installation is
relatively simple and it comes with an uninstall utility so you
can remove it just as painlessly if you decide to drop it.
Once you have loaded and installed the WHIP! plug-in, come back to this page and click on the images to the left.
The images will load into a 300pixel by 300pixel square in the upper left corner, the "pan" command is automatic and with a left click on the mouse you can invoke a pop up menu with familiar AutoCAD commands.
For our review on WHIP!, see e-folios in the LOUNGE.
Whiptest
1: Island
In a separate window, you should see a wire-frame island drawing.
If you zoom in close enough you should find a row boat and next
to that you should find a floor plan on a sheet of paper.

2: ARCHIdigm
Plan
This is our
Navigation Map from the upper left corner of our Web site set
within a viewport in paperspace. There are also
two other viewports; one showing the site in a 3D
perspective (left) and one showing an enlargement of the Entry
(left). Our tests found problems with multiple viewports
and you may find some things missing or displaying a glitch.
